This can be arranged directly, or via one of the bodies which he provides courses for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment Law Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unfair Dismissal Overview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrimination Law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whistleblowing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compensation and Remedies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Case Preparation for the Employment Tribunal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disciplinary Hearings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grievance Hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other employment law training can be provided, subject to an additional fee for course design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John\u2019s preference (subject to the organisation\u2019s requirements and the time scale) is for an interactive style, including case studies and in appropriate cases, mock hearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If arranged directly, an indicative price would be<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a31100 for a one day course (could be run as two half days)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a3650 for a half day course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a3500 for a two-hour course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where it is possible to deliver the course live, add reasonable travel and (where necessary) accommodation expenses in each case. Travel would be from Ashford, Kent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the course is to be delivered online (e g by Zoom) the hirer would need to provide a suitable platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hirer would be expected to provide delegates with copies (electronic or hard copy) of the relevant materials once these had been devised and submitted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John may be prepared to deliver employment law training for genuine Pro Bono clinics and organisations which are part of the LawWorks network &nbsp;for a somewhat reduced fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the course is arranged through a third party provider, prices and conditions will be a matter for the provider in question, and may include the provision of copies of materials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employment Law Training Courses John has an excellent reputation for delivering courses in employment law.
